HE stain was used to evaluate the healing degree of fracture according to the proportion of fibroblast, chondroblast, woven bone tissues and mature bone tissues. There were 10 grades all together.

根据HE染色光镜下所见骨痴组中纤维组、软骨组、编骨组和成熟骨组所含比例将骨折愈合程度10，通过观察实验组和对照组的骨颁中以上组的别均数来评价骨折的愈合程度。
