探讨食管胃底静脉曲张血的济实用治疗方法,使用垂体后叶素联合心得安与生长抑素比较。

The results showed 26 cases were skull eosinophilic granuloma and 2 cases were intracranial eosinophilic granuloma involve hypothalamus and stalk hypophysial.

26例为颅骨嗜酸性肉芽肿，2例为原发于下丘脑垂体柄的嗜酸性肉芽肿。

Secondary hypoadrenalism, or ACTH deficiency hypoadrenalism, is caused by diseases of the pituitary gland, which lead to adrenal failure as a secondary effect.

二级肾上腺功能减退，或者称为促肾上腺皮质激素缺乏，是由于脑垂体的疾病引起的，导致肾上腺疾病是其副效应。

Conclusion The change of the relationship of the hapothalamus-pituitary-ovary and the hypotrophy of the pituitary may not cause the morphologic change of sella turcica.

绝期妇女下丘脑—垂体—卵巢关系的改变及垂体腺肥大并不导致蝶鞍形态改变。
