In this study, gallium nitride nanowires were successfully grown on Silicon substrate using a simple resistive heated furnace, APCVD system, at room temperature.
A symmetrical ferromagnetic bilayer film is investigated under the nonperiodic boundary condition and considering anisotropic field at two surfaces,by using the rescaling interface approach.
Based on the idea of magnetic strain, the model of magnetic strain was used to analysis the magnetoelastic buckling of cantilevered ferromagnetic plate in transverse magnetic field.
According to the results of the temperature dependencies of the intensity, linewidth and resonance field, we conclude that the peak at T(subscript M2) is a transition of antiferromagnetism.
