Couclusion:It is important to distinguish MPL with neuropathic pharyngoparalysis and laryngoparalysis.An appropriate glucocorticoid treatment is also impontant.

肌源性咽喉痹应注意同神经源性咽喉痹相鉴别，并注意糖皮质激法，防止“反跳”现象发生。
