宣告破产

1.A bankrupt firm is not solvent.

告破产的商行是不能偿清债务的。

2.With respect to enterprises whose bankruptcy property is insufficient t cover bankruptcy expenses, the people's court should declare terminatio of bankruptcy proceedings.

破产财产不足以支付破产费用的，人民法院应当告破产程序终结。
