土地使用权出让合同

An alienee may apply to register land and obtain State-owned construction land-use certification, after the alienee clears all land funds as agreed in land-use-grant contracts.

受让人依照国有建设用使用权出让合同的约定付土出让价款后，方可申请办理土登记，领取国有建设用使用权证。
