双香豆素

A method for simultaneous separation and determination of two coumarins,dicumarol and cyclocoumarol,in cosmetics by HPLC-diode-array detector(DAD) was developed.

建立了用高效液相色谱(HPLC)/二极管阵器(DAD)定化妆品中两种香豆素物质——双香豆素和环香豆素的方法。

In the group of dicoumarol plus doxorubicin, serum ALT, LDH, CK activities were significantly increased as compared with that of doxorubicin group alone, and liver MDA content was also increased.

与单给阿霉素组较，双香豆素能显著增强阿霉素所致的血清ALT、LDH、CK催化活性升高，肝MDA含量也增高。
