Here, we report a case of an 81-year-old female who suffered from epigastralgia and was diagnosed as tubulovillous adenoma with malignant change of the stomach after panendoscopy with biopsy.

在此我们报告一81岁女性，主诉上腹痛，经胃镜切片检查诊断为绒毛腺管性线瘤并恶性变化，因家属与病人不愿受开刀，故以内视镜肿瘤切除处理。
